Do you use or have  Email, Amazon, Netflix, airline mileage or hotel points accounts, online banking… ?

You have Digital Assets!

At your death these can be immediately shut down and no one can access them- there go your vacation photos etc. from your computers and phones.  It is a Federal offense for your trusted family members to access your accounts via your passwords after your death even if you have given them the passwords thinking that was a good idea.

Since 2019 we have offered an alternative for you and your family members to protect access to your digital accounts.  Our LifeSpan clients have been offered the opportunity to protect their digital assets through their estate planning. For those who chose to sign up for this complimentary service (part of your LifeSpan annual fees) this workshop will be offered with our partners at DCS to help enter your digital asset information into your DCS account and get your questions answered.

We are aware that many of you have accounts but that the accounts are totally empty because you have busy lives and have put this off or are overwhelmed by the process. This is a dedicated time for you to bring your laptops and digital account information (we will provide a list of what to bring) to this workshop and let’s get these accounts current and  protect your digital assets so your helpers will be able to gain access at your death.   DCS will do the heavy lifting at your passing, once you have filled in the “blanks” .
